We had an amazing family day out at this beach! The only issue was the parking—it’s quite difficult to find, and we had to walk all the way from the parking area to the beach. You either cross at the signal or take the underpass, which can be a bit inconvenient.

I went on a weekend, and they charge 10 AED to get in, plus 25 AED if you want a sunbed with an umbrella. I think the price is really fair for the privacy and quietness you get here. I’ve been coming here for most of my weekends over the past two months. It’s super relaxing and usually pretty empty. I guess it might get busier when the summer school break kicks in. The water’s been a little shallow lately, but I still loved sitting there meditating with half my body in the water—it’s such a calming and amazing experience. The only downside is parking. You have to park in front of the hypermarket and go downstairs to cross the street, which isn’t the most convenient.

Great beach for families, very calm and peaceful. Separate showers and changing areas for men and women are provided. Entry costs 10.50 AED per adult, and sunloungers are available for 25 AED. Swimming is permitted until around 7pm.
